Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vraj.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We have free shipping in New Zealand for orders over $75.
We give you two shipping options at checkout.
Our express shipping service typically delivers within 2 business days from when the order is shipped.
Our affordable shipping service offers a great rate and typically delivers within 5 business days from when the order is shipped.


Returns, and exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your herbs and spices. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. The product must be unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered in. To return a product, please send an email to info@vraj.co.nz and we will provide a return authorisation and mailing information. Please ensure that returns are well packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept
responsibility for lost return packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the product.


Missing Or Damaged Product

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us at info@vraj.co.nz and provide a photo of the damage. On confirmation of the damage, we will arrange for the product to be collected, and the damaged product will be replaced. If your product is missing, please first double check around the property and with your neighbours. If this cannot be found, please contact us at info@vraj.co.nz, and we will try to track the item through our shipping provider.
We cannot send a new product until the original has been confirmed missing, and are unable to assist for damaged and missing products outside the 14 day return policy time frame, and without a photo of the broken or damaged product.


Online Refunds

Once we receive your product back in accordance with our ‘Returns’ or ‘Missing Or Damaged Product policies, we will process your refund to the original card used for payment, and send you a confirmation email. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.
