The aroma and flavour of Indian Bay Leaves are strongly reminiscent of cinnamon, cloves and cassia.
Indian Bay Leaves are added to Indian and Asian curries in the same way as European Bay Leaves are put into stews and soups.
Indian Bay Leaves are often used to flavour meat dishes, such as curries and stews, and are also used to flavour rice dishes and lentil soups.
