Suggested use:
For hair: Mix 5 to 10 grams in a bowl of water to apply on hair and scalp and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure the solution does not get into the eye as it will burn. Rinse hair with warm water. You can also use the paste as your hair shampoo.

For skin: Mix 5 to 10 grams in a bowl of water and apply the paste to your skin as desired. Wait until dry, then wash off with warm water.

The shampoo will not lather as much as you may be used to.
